I am the only one to believe that normally it should be hot in offices with 30 people heap up on each other, with their 30 computers.
and I do not even count bulbs, coffee machines, fridge, ...
in general this kind of offices with very little room for many people are mostly financial sinkholes to cool
a person produces 100watt/h of heat and desktops + monitor is probably at least 300watt/h.
12000watt/h it is surely sufficient to heat 100m²
it rarely drops below minus 18 degrees Celsius in my region
i have an uninsulated bedroom and i + my computer are plenty enough not to die of cold.
when I talk about my room I do not talk about me in my bed, but about me when I'm on the computer
(20m² stone wall, 2 windows that lets air through)
