I don't think he is engaged to the Saint, as I don't think she can technically be married and remain a saint. I also believe that the Empire Girl and Caine are not engaged yet, but she definitely wants him as a husband. So, that officially makes for 5 fiancées and three more prospects if you count the merchant's daughter.

I had read the Light Novel until like Vol.21 (aka., the Honeymoon plot), and there is no such aspect in the story. Especially since the plot from Vol.22 onward involves MC's children coming from the future to the past to met the group.

They are just there as background support for MC, and practically nothing else.

Lets not pretend that being sexually active with girls is a requirement to be part of a harem in anime and manga. As in that case both smart phone and this manga there is no harem.
The relationship with the androids is closer than just friends. And more formal, it fits the much loser conditions of anime and manga calling it a harem. Which again have to be used because nether series would have one at all otherwise.
