Have they, though? She just said she's not happy being ruler or with Euphie taking on the role instead. Don't get me wrong, it's good that she talked with her parents. The troubles Anis-sama has been carrying with her have been neatly resolved
The burden of not having magic/acceptance I guess...Have they, though? She just said she's not happy being ruler or with Euphie taking on the role instead. Don't get me wrong, it's good that she talked with her parents.
It's really funny how little that matters most of the time. It almost feels like even the author forgets it constantly and only occasionally remembers, and then throws something out to re-establish itOh, right. This is an isekai. Forgot about that.
A round planet was kind of assumed by most educated folks, so that's probably the easiest or only obvious point for Euphie to believe. The rest is absolutely mindblowing from an energy standpoint. Or at least vexing even for a living rainbow reactor-core like Euphie.Imagine the conversation if it was realistic.
Euphie: "So your previous world, what was it like?"
Anis: "In my previous life I remember buildings as big of mountains, built from glass, metal and stone. There were also self driving machines, metal boats as big as castles and they even had a flying machines. The world was round and you can go around it in a matter of days..."
Euphie: "...To be honest, most of that is hard to believe..."
Anis: "Oh, and that world had a moon and people were able to go there and plant a flag."
Euphie: "..... What? ...."
