I think the anime covered the first 3 novels, and manga will too; there are 8 translated novels, and at least one more.

I don't think women usually wear bras to bed. However, yes Anis did have some sort of under clothes (camisole?) with a black neckstrap, and that strap is not there in the morning...

If you mean the lake where they just had this duel in the manga, I'm pretty sure that's unique to the manga, and wasn't in the novel.
