@phil777 It's not balanced at all, with the skill level 1, you could get 1 skill every 4 days easy, and now only once every 18 days, his seems like a downgrade to me. Well, not so much a downgrade, because it is better to be able to target precisely and certainly the skill you want, but it seems a bit to big since you're supposed to have upgraded the skill 9 times.

Still, I'm surprised that they didn't make more of a ruckus than that, it was a greater Demon and she soloed it, yet they don't seem to take it much into consideration.

You can only use it once ever per target. So if you're aiming for unique skills or at least really powerful ones, having 100% accuracy is way better than a lower cooldown.

That being said, having Skill Taker when he was already stealing monster skills from eating their cores is really kinda overkill.
