I've always found the 'holding back to not stand out' theme very annoying anytime it is used as a plot device in LN/Manga/Anime.
Pretty sure it always develops to some form of unnecessary conflict which does not even add value to overall scheme of things 😄

If the next part is not about the elf principal who directly recruit the mc and his harem to the S class, then the manga ver really do everything to piss off the reader

If the manga also dropped the mc into lowest class, that will be a big difference to the WN ver, this aptitude test is also not exist in the WN

One of the thing i like in the WN is how the mc not holding back at all, and in the first time he already assured his positon as the strongest in S class

surely, this is such uneccesary drama

I think they said that his stats were too high to be appraised properly, so it only got the last digit.
For example a stat of 20 only shows 0.
Which is weird cuz I thought some of his stats ended in different numbers.

Not sure what happened, if MC stats were too high and appraisers thought he was cheating or they see things different from his appraisal and the result was skewed because he messed up with the bracelet that hides info.
Thing is that MC only have to hide his holy magic and maybe his thunder magic, being know as strong is good.

Speaking of stats, seeing how only people close to MC have higher luck than 1 I think is a variable stat, and when someone is close to death or falling it lowers.

So, the appraisal machine cannot detect his overall stats, thus he was ruled as failure. I don't know how can it be a failure since both him and his girls are using stat masker items to hide their true stats. Maybe there are politics in play or something... For now it can be ruled that he will be enrolled in the lowest class, and the school drama of underestimating him/trying to steal his girls will be in abundance. Prepare thyself...

now im pissed, tough its still part 1

Some arc will not make sense if mc stuck at class E since theres some stuff he can only do because he's the strongest in class S

And he supposedly placed in the s class because he got highest score is practical and written test
I just dont any reason why they bother doing this when the WN already fine as it is, sheez
