It's very early, but so far I'm glad that the story doesn't include some of the more annoying tropes, like the brother getting jealous over the mc being more talented or others making fun of him for being underleveled.

So, Having read a decent bit of the LN for this one. Overall it's a slow burn of a series. The MC is OP in some ways, but it takes him a while to get there, and the surrounding story actually has some interesting moments. There is a few points where it really does drag on for a while, but it's overall a few steps above most Isekai, and has a more mature feel than most stuff that comes out.

I do love reading stories like this, but it takes sooo long for new chapters to update in drives me crazy. They shorten the chapters to spread them out but it basically took 1 year to get to chapter 4. its ridiculous.

Ehhh. I give it 6/10.
It just feels thoroughly uninspired. The plot feels like playing an RPG, the art is humdrum, the humor is non-existent.
I read 5 chapters and in that time I don't think I saw even one original idea.

But semi-seriously: any time the plot takes place on another world it's reasonable to drop assumptions that require human genetics to work the same as homo sapiens as we know them on earth.

This is objectively a pretty shitty story, im giving it a 3/10. Art is pretty bad, characters are drawn well but there is never any background its usually just white and the action is piss poor.
Dude is absurdly strong right off the rip as a little child so no real growth and development, some people like that but its kinda lame cuz they dont do anything with it.
Stupidly over pretentious evil noble character trope to create worthless tension.
the young girl is just randomly allowed to follow this dude into a really dangerous battle despite having no combat experience with nobody to protect her just so they get some forced alone time to train her.
The character development of her learning how to kill a goblin was the most halfassed thing ive ever seen that looks like it was only added to the story because the author saw other people draw it.
The girl despite being like 10 years old or whatever the hell was allowed to leave her town to follow some random dude to another country.
They get captured by slave traders and somehow some low level goons know about it despite hunting around for people to capture all day and mention it to the MC so he knows whats happening.
It's just not a good story, it is very obviously just an incredibly generic copy paste from the author with a fairly mediocre artists drawings.
If you like trash then fine go ahead and watch it but if you want something atleast decent to read i really recommend like any other isekai.

As of chapter 10 this manga is pretty bad. The art doesn't convey the tension or excitement of events that should be important, the plot mainly moves forward because of random contrivances, and there hasn't been enough world building to at least have cool background lore to latch onto.
