There were other demons that were summoned together with Diablo in the WN too. Those demons get sacrificed in ch. 71 just like what just happened here.

Still confused about that whole improbable skill evolution bit. After the evolution failed multiple times, didn’t the skill sacrifice something else for evolution? How is improbability still a factor?
