It's heart warming but also saddening to see how he approaches her. It seems like others have already began to see them as a couple with how they interact; but, it seems like neither of them realize it. I wonder if it's because the MC does not want to take advantage of her? Is he afraid? The girl seems to only consider him a friend at this point, and yet she depends on him a lot at this point. Wonder how they will progress in their relationship.

i really do love how this manga has multiple characters with some form of asd but portrays them all differently, showing how much it really is a spectrum

@x_renon_x nah, they didn't skip anything. The magazine chapters are shorter than the volume chapters, to the point that two magazine chapters = one volume chapter. Until volume 2, the Chinese guys used the volumes; then they had to switch to the magazines. That's why there's that gap. What about us? Thanks to @_das, we'll be able to use the volumes up to volume 5. So, there will be no gap after volume 2 for us. Maybe there will be one after volume 5 (if volume 6 won't be available yet and we'll choose to continue with the magazines).

@Rozzak it mostly depends on severity some can some can’t. It’s not really something you can cure so you can only reduce the symptoms a bit. Similar to the nurse friend she is still codependent to her husband but she can do work as long as she doesn’t get too much stress she won’t be going wild.

Mirror Neurons are a part of the brain that activate when we perform an action as well as when we see that action performed by others. For example, when we see someone pick up a cup a part of our brain will activate as if we had been the one to do that action.
It becomes much more important for when we interact with other people. If we see someone smile, the mirror neurons will fire up as if we had been the ones to smile.
However, there are multiple circumstances in which a person’s brain may not be able to act like that. With Asperger’s, it’s theorized that the mirror neurons don’t fire when the individual detects subtle facial gestures. This causes social issues, because they don’t pick up on cues as easily as others. They still have emotions like others, but it is difficult to see what other people are thinking or feeling.
It’s also important to note that strokes can damage a part of the brain and cause similar symptoms, and depression has also been observed to do this as well.
