Yeah, even if they admitted a bully was at fault, still punished the victim. This hits home... my bullies stuck my right hand between door frame and shut the door, dislocated my fingers and when I punched one sometimes later after kicking my backpack out of the window, got kicked out of the school lol
Enduring bullying doesn't make it to stop, they just will find more ways to do it and eventually anyone would snap.
