I don´t think we can expect plot going that far. I didn´t see any clue for this.
But I don´t think this is bad. You don´t see relationship in rom/com that pure like this often. We know, they are in love,
but what doing this manga so great is... we can see them how they know this is special and something else from what they feel to others friends
but they don´t know what it is and even if they would know, they wouldn´t know how to deal with it and this is because they are in middle school.
