Despite obviously wanting the main couple to have the most spotlight, I think this trip is a great opportunity for Ichikawa to grow by talking more to her friends. This quickly became a whodunnit and it's surprisingly... kinda enjoyable. The entire chapter was not as tense as I thought it would've given their hostile looks last chapter. This chapter seems to indicate that it was not Nyaa who brought it there.

Now if Kyou can tell them the truth next chapter...

I still think it's likely it was "Pigman" Niko behind this. She seems like the one who has the most to gain by potentially causing conflict in this group, and maybe a rift between Anna and Kyoutarou.

The biggest twist though would be if it was Chii who somehow brought it.
