I like that Kyotaro let's Anna know he's overthinking things but while he kisses her. He let's her know that when he's ready they'll take that step. Also that he's aroused and Anna blushes when she figures it out and then blushes in the train thinking about doing "bad" things with Kyotaro.

It's not like it's the first time she's been made aware of his battle readiness... but it is the first time she's truly appreciated that it might be deployed. And, as she said some time ago in a different situation where he talked of getting closer to her physically, she's fine with that.
