That was just Ichikawa's imagination if that woman did end up catching both of them in a frame while snapping shots. Though I know something to that effect does show up later as a plot point.

Also, this is clearly more context for the Christmas Eve date we've already seen, if anything. It's not the first time an extra has expounded on that great moment since we first saw it several chapters ago.
