First couple chapters are a rough read, even with the knowledge that Ichikawa is just being an edgy little shit cause he's awkward, which is really the only reason the manga's like an 8 to 8.5 for me instead of a 9 or a 10. Almost everything else makes up for it and then some. It's really good.

I like the extras a lot, but I do think it would be a QoL improvement if we condensed the multiple extras into one big extra per chapter. We're almost at 100 chaps, but only 40% of those are actual chapters. These extras can get in the way if you're trying to read the entire series.
