At the end of the day, it's pretty universal for a creator to decide what is or is not canon. This is an unequivocal statement regarding the status of this work.

Literally all of chapter 4 was written to explicitly include the a number of facts, among them:

1) She's seen as a woman of convenience, to be called on for sexual release.
2) She regularly comes to him. The fact that she hasn't shown up for some period of time was entirely noteworthy to him, and he felt it important to stress exactly what role her presence plays.
3) She steps in voluntarily, after offering a meager resistance, with the guy who's made it clear he wants her to relieve him.
4) She's kneeling in the middle of the living room despite there being a perfectly good sofa literally one step away; it's actually more work for her to sit down on the ground than it is to sit in the sofa from the start.
5) He's standing in front of her, and pulling up his pants- clearly refreshed by something.
6) She's got something running down her chin.
7) He calls over "the usuals" to drink at his home, and tries propositioning her again. This suggests that "the usuals" might also be in on this, and that Chapter 2.5 was probably canon (It obviously was, but the author doubled down and made a retcon harder- this chapter notwithstanding).
The creator wrote this into the story. There's nothing she can use to fill the blowjob shaped hole she left in this chapter.
Brother, it doesn't make logical sense that the blowjob didn't happen. I respect the attempt at a retcon, but she locked the degeneracy in with chapter 4.

Of course, but take a look at the difference between the fanbox and the chapters of the main story:
It's done well here and it's not implied that something happened between her being at the drinking party and her getting home.
Now here it is very poorly done and it is clearly implied that something happened.

This is outright porn. The sex and character writing might as well not matter. In porn people will be rapped and still have the hearts around them. Does this make her character inconstant? Not really. But is this cannon to he main work... Yes, this artist is full of it if they think they can back out of that now.

Hell, I only vaguely suspected anything in the first place. The story explicitly called her a dirty slut, but sans the fanbox, I was perfectly willing to assume this was some kind of exaggeration on the part of the brother or something. Maybe he was just prejudiced, and that kind of attitude is the entire reason she feels isolated; nothing pushes people away like accusing them of everything under the sun on little to no basis. The story was entirely salvageable at this point, since everything happened exclusively in the bonus chapter. A quick "Fanbox isn't canon" would have put this all behind us. Then she wrote the sex stuff into the main story in Chapter 4...
He just got her some milk, then asked her to check out a weird rash he's got.
Kind of does, since some people are arguing she isn't a cheap slut on the basis that the fanbox things "aren't canon". The story really loses the last bit of sense it makes if they're not, though.
