@FatedMusic That's my theory, as well. He's got all the hallmarks of a fairly classical lich going on; the only thing missing is an obvious phylactery, but with how protective he is of the hero's skeleton, it would be easy for his soul to have merged with them without him realizing.

it has something to do with aliens being behind alot of it so take that for what it's worth, i did read a bit of the final chapter but all i can say about that really is that both humans and demons/undead still exist, didn't read any more.
