This, but unironically. Ok, maybe not everything can be rationalized like this, but there have been tons of time where I go through trials because of my own stupidity, and get blessed despite having done nothing.

I wonder why Joshua was exiled? Perhaps he was exiled the same reason Joseph was? To get to the right place, right time to help overcome a famine and to guide people away from conflict?
Joshua's very earnest with his goals, and he has a good heart for planning. Seems being an office worker means he knows how to do really hard work. At least here, he's appreciated and loved for all of it. He's also pretty knowledgeable about lots of things, which definitely helps with planning
