I originally approved of this rule because of the fact that it was exclusive to Rolands, and I didn't really wanted to get that much of the upper hand. I originally saw it as "If all rolands willingly opt-out if the dice, then Authority would do that" lolthat clarifies that part, but it definitely was not clear with how it was initially worded. "most neutral outcome" can be read as "out of all possible outcomes, the most neutral will be effected". if the intention was to nullify the rng effects altogether, then it should have been stated as such.
so now that the dice roll can be done by all players, this means that @K.Angel can:
1. nullify the dice rolls for all other players
2. choose the "most favorable possible outcome" for one player (himself). this outcome would probably be doubling his own points.
also the priority clause kinda breaks the "no canceling out other rules" rule that I mentioned earlier (I'm pretty sure I did) plus it was a rule that was added before the new offical rules were added so it's not apart of it
