that clarifies that part, but it definitely was not clear with how it was initially worded. "most neutral outcome" can be read as "out of all possible outcomes, the most neutral will be effected". if the intention was to nullify the rng effects altogether, then it should have been stated as such.

so now that the dice roll can be done by all players, this means that @K.Angel can:
1. nullify the dice rolls for all other players
2. choose the "most favorable possible outcome" for one player (himself). this outcome would probably be doubling his own points.

I originally approved of this rule because of the fact that it was exclusive to Rolands, and I didn't really wanted to get that much of the upper hand. I originally saw it as "If all rolands willingly opt-out if the dice, then Authority would do that" lol

also the priority clause kinda breaks the "no canceling out other rules" rule that I mentioned earlier (I'm pretty sure I did) plus it was a rule that was added before the new offical rules were added so it's not apart of it

In my eyes, The confusion is mostly just wording

when i said “most neutral outcome” i meant it just doesn’t do anything...not “pick the least impactful roll.” that part’s just clarified now so it’s clear!

so yeah, how it works now is:

all dice rolls get nullified for that tally, and i can pick one and make it resolve in the best possible way (including my own)


that’s not me changing the rule after the fact, that was always the idea remove RNG swings, keep one controlled outcome

If a user has a Roland pfp, that user may opt in to identifying as "K.Angel", thus being observed as such by the Culling Game's logic. Users who opt in according to this rule must do so before a daily tally for the Culling Game's logic to take effect. If a user who has identified as "K.Angel" in this manner wishes to revoke this identification, they must discard 25 points. The 25 discarded points are wiped from the game.

Also because of the bribe that happened yesterday, everyone will be receiving 1 extra point (except bart). Sorry about that...
