More than friends less than lovers? Like we know for sure Oosawa is crushing on Mitsuki (hell she said that in the first panel). We can kind of assume the the reverse is also true based on how Mitsuki has acted in various situations (apologizing that 'their' secret was exposed, writing a song for Oosawa, etc). Even though I do not think she has specifically said anything?

But neither has voiced said feelings to the other about it so they aren't lovers. Yet. We are all still holding out for that moment.
