Mmmm no, it's bad. The grammar is all off, the edits are quite messy, the typesetting literally fails on page 1, and the localization choices are iffy e,g, "dun dun dun" on that last page.

Also from the looks of it the group mainly does Spanish translations so I have no clue what compelled them to branch into English knowing it's already being translated. Very odd behavior.

Good effort, just this manga has a constant scanlation group as is. Perhaps you could scanlate The Shiki Family instead?
It's a great sibling taking care of each other family style comedy!
