What's really happened is she robbed her family blind and was just putting on a show for the MC because as established, her sense of humor is out of whack, she's robbed her family blind of stuff that's untraceable to her and is very wealthy.

I'd have to be able to read the raws to be sure, but from what was said here and before, it seems like he's offering to help her multiple times (he just says money in this tl, but I doubt that's all he'd actually do to help her- the original wording may provide a more.... expansive offer of some kind, idk) but thanks to her fked personality she turns it down.

I mean, I understand not wanting to borrow money, but instead of that, or actually properly talking with him, she basically says, ah, no I'll pimp you out to men, and maybe that'll give me the strength to sell myself too.

If stuck on not borrowing money and/or selling herself she could have also offered to sell herself to him. Not that I think any of this should be what they do/plan, just pointing out how fucked up she can be to kinda defend the MC some. Not that he doesn't have plenty of faults, he certainly does, I just feel like this is far, far more on her, at least from this tl version- maybe it's.... 'clearer' in the original JP.

Oh and not that I'm disagreeing with you otherwise, I think her staying with him, even if temporary would have been the better option, but she's fucked up (in various ways obviously 😂.)
I'm also not gonna be surprised if it turns out like she didn't actually 'need' to be homeless and/or that she'll end up staying with him; or like the 3 (or 4-if eventually adding glasses girl, or 'mother', or more) instead setup something else.


Or I could be all totally wrong and misunderstanding. Half the time I feel like I could just be totally fucking misunderstanding what she's saying. Like talking to someone through a machine translation through multiple languages, multiple times. 🤷‍♂️
Oh and not that I mean that the tlers did bad work, idk, I'm talking more about her character.
