i mean, there probably are some cases where adults have gotten killed or seriously injured because of a child/someone under 18 but other than them being like teenager-ish i imagine it'd be harder to prove malicious intent other than some other horror/thriller stories where they're like sociopaths
and kill through arson or poison or so

Well we got atleast 35 chapters to go so Im thinking the Ghost horse is gonna do some intervention again possibly end making the mother take the blame for it. After all who would think a child could wreck an adult so badl.

Yuuma better clean up real quick - police will probably at least go back to recheck dead guy's recent whereabouts. Doubt that they'll actually think Yuuma's the prime suspect, regardless of what the mom says, but if they find something like a bag that smells rotten, they'll definitely investigate him more.
