We call them Parasocial Andies. They believe they have a close personal relationship with their favorite internet personality and take things like this that has nothing to do with them as a personal slight.

I feel like it's not even that they think they have a close personal relationship, but rather that they think of the streamer as an object that exists solely for their amusement rather than a person with their own life and well-being.
