she has the same given name of the character from Haiena (Shishido Kurune) and the same family name as the mechanic that fixed her bike in chapter 29 (Inukai Kotarou) coupled with the design similarities it probably is actually Shishido Kurune in the future after marrying Kotarou, Haiena isn't finished tho so who knows what happened in between the two manga
