No more Namonashi's msgk loli, I already in withdrawal syndrome 😭😭😭
There's a lot of things that I really hate about that story but the thing that I hated the most is probably how the story is very standard self-insert manhwa op protagonist and how he seemed to never had any difficulties.
Look, as much as I hate appraisal lord (Ars), they still have moment where they got outplayed by their enemy and even if they managed to outmaneuver the outplay, it was through the combined efforts of his vassals, far as I know Ars only ever outplayed enemy once directly. But Ryouma? Mf was a mere high school boy and somehow outplayed the entire world and managed to develop a totally wild territory (literally no town) into an advanced territory. Sure his vassals help but 90% of it was his idea and commands. He just never seems to have any hardship as it was solved by his idea alone.
Contrast it with Dong Bai, unlike Ryouma, she is very fragile and totally cannot fight herself. Her most capable retainer is her bodyguard and she isn't that good at using her head. She also approached a lot of dangerous situations yet she didn't really waltz through it, there are some situations where she was only saved through luck like this one with Guan Yu's appearance, but because she was seen laid down the groundwork, it felt less plot armor-ish. It makes the story much more dynamic and make you look forward whether or not she would be succesful. In comparison Ryouma will always be succesful so the only thing you look forward is how much carnage he caused, which for some people is probably the thing they liked, but for me, I just can't like it.
