I like that, as far as I remember, it didn't mention anything about her being gay. Like, obviously, it was in the tags and she's blushing up a storm, but this is the first time we get the clear implication, and it's explaining a LOT of the previous stuff, like one of the reasons she kept at piano and stuff.

Good stuff, I like it when it's not about a girl realizing she's gay (not that there's anything wrong with those, we just have a LOT).

Ngl i thought it was pretty obvius that she was into her teacher. But that i dont understand it is if the mom already know because it seem like she has a vague idea

I get what you mean but at the same time, I can't help but notice how little the terms lesbian, gay, LGBT, etc. come up in Yuri manga. The author knows it, the readerships knows it, yet it's like there is an aversion to use those terms you know ? I don't know, it's not that big of a deal, and maybe it is better to not try to human relationships into boxes, but always found it odd.

So the two of you would sign that with two pinkie fingers . . .

Edit: Oh wow. I came in to say this when they were first learning the sign. I didn't know our main character was going to actually do that towards the end of the chapter. She just went from down bad to down atrocious.

I don't know the real reason but I prefer it the way it is because it feels more natural. Maybe it's because I've read and seen a lot of media, western ones usually which attempt to either be politically correct or preach their ideology use such terminology in such a way it becomes forced and hard to swallow. Of course, if it were handled well and flows with the story I wouldn't mind. In this manga, I haven't yet seen anything where using those terms would be better suited or enhances the situation so honestly if you haven't mentioned it I would not have noticed

I really enjoy how we've already had pretty clear hints suggesting shes lesbian and she just confirmed it here, aswell as the frustration at Kanon's seeming non gayness
