All the people saying to just buy it, that's not how the world works, even if it's digital things can be  really expensive depending on your currency, in my country dollar is 5.5 times my currency, if a manga volume costs $10 I'll pay 55,  if the site is even avaliable in my country, if it's physical then there's shipping and I might have to pay extra taxes above a certain value to boot.

Newsflash, people have lives, bills to pay, families to feed sometimes, not everyone can dump 50 bucks or more into a single manga volume, much less buy multiple, anything paid in dollar can really snowball out of control depending on your country currency.

In short, anyone who thinks it's easy to buy manga when it's sold in dollar is the literal definition of clueless, go educate yourself, there's a reason people from other countries complain when a manga is dropped.

As for people who can't buy it, bato.to has it fortunately.
