@ZanaduKhan well if i understood right , the little brother was already dead ( medically speaking at least ) when doha-ssi possessed him and got him out of the coffin . besides even when he got his body back he couldn't control it well since he no longer belongs to the living ( and not because of MC) . I think even when doha will leave the body , the little brother is doomed to die
