If the numbers count lies, then she told three lies in their conversation. I believe they are "you weren't looking well, so I was worried" (she wasn't worried) "a person's worth isn't measured by numbers" (if numbers count lies, then it gives an insight towards that person's worth through their honesty) and "I think you have plenty of charm, anyways" (she doesn't think that he has charm).

LOL interesting. tho as long as it's not malicious i don't think it's a bad thing (esp since ' i don't like anyone' is more or less a private matter so stuff like white lies/not being blunt/direct to avoid sounding rude would def add up esp among the 'popular' ppl who try their hard to be liked rather than ppl popular b/c they have good looks/athletics [Tho it is interesting how the main guy could've gone on that long without anything unless he didn't talk a lot even among his family.
