That's not true, at least on the economic front. I'll check the other claims later.
Trump saw the lowest unemployment rate across the nation before the pandemic hit.
For comparison, the natural rate of employment (structural unemployment and frictional unemployment) is 4-6%, whereas Trump had an unemployment of 3.5% as of Feburary of last year, with unemployment rising in March of last year at 4.4%, meaning that it was entirely within the natural rate of employment, and Trump actually oversaw a little bit of overemployment.

As for GDP growth, Trump oversaw about an average amount of GDP growth compared to the other years with it about 2-3%. (Compare: Obama's previous term had an average of 2.825 after a first term of 0.975, Trump had an average pre-covid growth of 2.5, so it very similar to what Obama oversaw, though neither can really take credit for it because of how decentralized the system is.)

@Halo
Mate, he just bombed Syria. His approval rating consistently is decreasing over time and all I see from people who voted for Biden is regret. He has about 33% who strongly support him.
I was wrong about my expectations, don't get me wrong, but he's already doing an atrocious job and expect us to go back to the Bush Era in all but name.
