@Wolfpilot06 Yes(at least for Raeliana "initially") and no. Beatice was already proven to be guilty and would probably receive the death penalty anyway. Her "father" can make as much noise as he wants but as he is related and an accomplice, (even if an unwitting one) his political power drops to 0 and shouldn't be able to effectively do anything. I said Raelianna initially because she should not have known that her name is already cleared. This meant that her action of killing Beatrice is reckless and stupid.

Beatrice (original Raeliana) was a tragic villain, that met an end that was fitting with her misdeeds.

The Goddess is the bigger villain though, setting everyone up in a trap to begin with.

Ok that was... underwhelming? Like, it was supposed to be a badass moment- finally a MC that actually kills the villain instead of befriended them - but it happened so... fast. Like "bang!", done, moving on... Lol

I feel bad for OG Raeliana.

And Korean Raeliana can say she was doing well without help, but tbh she had plot powers to blackmail Noah, save the baby prince and prevent the bombing, and even isekai nonsense of reading God's language that got her tight with the High Priest.

OG Raeli apparent didnt have those, had little way out of her situation, and only knew that she could survive because of a black mage telling her she could swicth with Beatrice and then also that according to fate, one of them still had to die.

She was a villain, but the tragic main character of her own story. Poor her. She was cunning though, and murdered Vivian too. Sympathy for her falls short on that part. If this story had been about OG Raeli I might have been cheering her own and telling her that since her life is at risk, its only natural she will have to be selfish to live on.

I can understand her motives, she wanted to live after knowing she was meant to die as a side character, but her way of doing it made her the villain and pretty much sealed her fate.

It was very in-character for Noah to be so chill and only care about his bae regardless of what happens to anyone else. Raeliana on the other hand...we never learned where she learned to shoot so well, but I assume she never killed anyone before. It's traumatizing to kill another person. Her calm makes no sense.

I guess I'm in the minority where I cheered for her when she killed. Grandpa priest had already told her that her body wouldn't last and fake Beatrice was actively trying to murder her so it was kill or be killed. Who knows if her body would've lasted had they held a fair trial against fake Beatrice. Raeliana had already made up her mind a couple chapters ago and she pulled the trigger. She's badass and one of my favorite female characters.
