Chapter 3 raw is already out. Using the official raw site (https://comic-gardo.com/episode/13933686331636232737) is great, just get a google translate extension to auto-translate the page, all you need is the numbers, which are usually the same as our numerals anyway.

As for how long is in between chapters, the second chapter came out 14 days after the first. The 3rd (latest) chapter came out 12th June, i.e. 3 weeks after the second.

So not certain how long it would take to go from the 3rd chapter to the 4th chapter (maybe it got delayed a week? maybe it's gradually increasing? maybe it'll stay the same. Haven't checked out the author's twitter since my extension wouldn't translate it)

I use google chrome's google translate extension, as I said.

When you enter a site, sometimes an option to translate appears, other times you have to directly click the extension and "Translate this page".
