Becoming deified through her war legends, particularly the '11th Goddess' story, could be a pretty fun ending. Tanya loses because she becomes what she denies, Being X loses because Tanya ends up usurping faith in him.

Not that I see that as being likely.
Honestly, I think Tanya would see any loss on Being X's part to be a net win, regardless of whatever she herself wanted. Spite is a powerful motivator.

Ultimately her only real goal was to get off the front lines and survive the war.

Anyone else sees the parallelisms with the movie "vimper hunter D"? Or it's just me...

Gonna go with the fact that her name was raced from history, likely by divine ability, imma supporter of the minor divinity theory, with her Ascension all but wiping her from history.

Why would you waste time translating something that's being translated, when you can translate something that has no translation? This isn't for profit, competition brings nothing here as there isn't anything to compete for. All there is is wasted effort, people angry and scummy behaviour
Says you as if you don't know how many trash MTL there are floating around our community. Sometimes there are well intended TL teams that just are not up to scrutiny (even compared to a MTL) and have no real incentive to get better because of the whole "one team per title" unofficial rule.
Also if it doesn't matter why care that there are other teams translating the title anyway? You know very well why those groups care about this: Because they are looking for profit and having other team translating risks getting traffic from them.
Off course many groups do it only for operational costs but some go so far that they are charging per fraction of chapter with the treat of either you pay or wait months to have access to it, some titles they never release without paying for the chapter (not all only some).

Having multiple TL teams in one title also makes less probable that it just stops because the team gave up or moved on to some other title (with that being the main reason to be honest, I lost a lot of good stories because the team gave them up or disbanded).

If that's the case, then why is noone translating this manga, but there were no problems when just death toll scanlated?

Also, why would you bother doing something that's already done, when you can do something that's unfinished?

Question, this chapter is not in the German release of volume 26. I had a similar issue with the photoshoot chapter. Where do these chapters originate from?

If you check chat on their website they clearly state the reason. But I do agree on translating anything you want any time you want, especially when current translations appear slower than manga releases.
Checked into the comment section as I noticed they last posted a year ago, and was wondering if they had stopped and I should give up and read the lower quality tl.

Personally I am fine with more than 1 group per title, but also think that if they are of decent quality they should contact each other to set up some cooperation (such as hop-scotching chapters, maybe the better group providing some tlc). But in this case, because the so-called 'snipers' were questionable quality, I were intentionally waiting for death toll scans to translate.

But since it has taken them 1 year to redraw 2 pages, I honestly think I will actually start reading the worse quality anyway. At that point I would argue that frequency matters way more, and imo they should have released anyway with those pages simply being worse quality and put a tl/n on them saying they were difficult enough that it was intentionally half-assed for velocity - so it wouldn't take a year to redraw them.

Whoa.. Seeing grownup Tanya is really cool, and it's interesting how she seems to fully have grown into a real patriot instead of just acting out the role as a commander (not to mention being seemingly non-aging). It does feel a little spoiler-y though in the sense that we now know for sure that Tanya never will die in the story. Idk, I'm a little bit torn to be honest. Welp, cool chapter anyway; touching that they let her be buried with the letters. It also speaks to Tanya's character that she's now going around post-war checking up on the families and such-- shows that she really came to care about them deeply.. Mm, I could go on. I love this manga :meguuusad:
