you can either mtl them with OCR + Google Translate using apps like Google Lens, read it on MTL aggregator, or just wait for someone to pick it up
also, there's this common opinion that the manhua doesn't explain the plot well especially in Rua's storyline but if you compare it to the original novel where they explaining it the manhua version is still better

Rather than saying it worse at explaining it's more like the novel explaining too much for its own good
the novel is the epitome of "tell, don't show" type of storytelling that give kinda amateurish feeling, it won't translate well to visual format even if they do the manhua won't get far as the it currently is. The reason why the manhua's story feels solid because they are making effort in rewriting the original story in "show, don't tell" fashion (of course with such a fast release schedule 2 chapters a week it is impossible to do that perfectly, especially when they have to make new plot with little time to optimize them)
And some plot doesn't urgently need to be explained actually - Rua's motivation in her storyline in around chapter 180s for example (not gonna say here what she did because spoiler). As the story goes further the plot later will self-explain as for why she had to do what she did. But if they explaining it the way the novel goes the end result will be way less dramatic and there's no bittersweet feeling like it does in the manhua version (actually Rua's storyline in the novel version is pretty anti-climatic and kinda meh, the author just use her storyline to hype the next arc).
Also, it will be boring if they need to explain the plot to readers. They do that in some of the new plots (especially in around chapter 300s) and it feels like the story kinda dragging too much.
Not sure if this thread the right place to ask it. This manhua is Chinese, not Japanese. And the Saintess in this manhua doesn't have the same meaning as Saintess in Japanese mangas.

You're right, I didn't realize it is a manhua. But the word is exactly the same in both languages, 聖女 / 圣女, which is apparently typically translated as "Saint" or "Holy maiden" in English. I'll probably have to dig a little deeper into this. As for her role in the context of the story, I can't really agree or disagree, since I just skimmed through it. But not like two "Japanese Saintesses" are the same either, so I don't quite get what you mean when you say refer to the meaning of Saintesses in mangas.

I hope this gets updated , kinda sad I won't be able to follow this manhua since the bilibili all got shutdown , unless someone picked this up
All English release currently only translated with MTL. Most decent one is released by Snow Machine Translation simply because it doesn't change the flavour and the tone of the dialogues, though the accuracy and consistency of the translation can't beat if you MTL it yourself with chatGPT or other AI. There's another one on Mangapark but that one somehow has its dialogues sounds very off and weird.
For the release schedule Snow Machine Translation group has the fastest release, with the lastest chapter on 376 released the same day as the Chinese raw.
