I don't understand the complaints. This chapter doesn't seem to have changed anything in the short term, because Skeleton won't use the store until his Purchasing power reaches 100%. Until then we just get another "Chekhov's gun". I don't see how it's bad.

@BrigaderDaws it’s not at all like solo leveling. There are some aspects ressembling it, but it’s more shared roots than anything else. It’s not because solo leveling is the most popular it is the first (the first was decades ago).
Since the beginning was quite heavily rpg-focused, the new capabilities are understandable (and I would bet even weirder things will happen as his absorbtion level drop). What is weird is the drastic shift the story made.
