They state what type of goddess she is yet that's part of the problem. If they did know what she was goddess of then it would have saved them a lot of time in finding out to be able to communicate with her.

I think she has the blessing of Odin the norse one eyed god of wisdom. It would make sense why it would be on her eye, plus odin's symbol is normally seen as a blank or empty rune since he is the master of runes.

Hisui has a [Divine Beast] tagging along with him wherever he goes. Does anybody else have an ever elusive [Divine Beast] following them around and showing them so much love? Nyope. Knowing this important bit of info, if said person states that you have a divine protection in your eye, wouldn't you give proper weight to that statement and have it further checked out, rather than just bloeing it off? I would've went straight to the pope himself! He clearly has a better understanding on the subject than anyone else involved so far. You'd think she would also be able to see it since she probably has a very strong protection of her own. The only thing I can think of with why she hasn't seen it yet is: maybe, they don't have proper mirrors for her to do the check? That's the only thing that would make sense. Anything else wouldn't make much or any sense, for that matter.
