Just to preface: I'm not the scanlator, I just uploaded what was on Reset Scans' site.

Anyway, looking at the raw, it's not intended to be empty - see attached image. In the meantime, I'll keep the page up until the scanlator fixes it (assuming they do). I don't have the skills to attempt an scanlation edit/fix myself.

Oh, based on the raw, they literally shifted all the text. "Ah, right" was supposed to be Granny's. Funny how this sort of error can happen.

:haa: people really mad because something interesting happened but all they want to see is Rentt's not so solo leveling
It's more that this feels so random and unrelated that it's jarring. It's also just a multi-chapter lacklustre exposition dump, to just make the mc seem more cool and awesome that just detracts from the theming and characters we've been shown so far. A normal ass fantasy village secretley being tied to this god level ancient society who all have magical abilities and powers and command monsters and etc just feels dumb.

Lore can also be introduced into a story naturally without wacking the reader over the head with it. Like someone else said, this arc has been exclusively 'tell' not 'show'. There are visuals sure, but it feels like I'm reading a wiki page instead of reading a manga.

This ancient bloodline shit really killed my interest. It's just like when they revealed Goku as a Saiyan, or Naruto as a reincarnated . No, your achievements aren't due to your willpower, effort, or talent. You're just lucky enough to be from a bloodline or species that is innately op.

It takes away the weight of any prior struggles if they are destined for greatness all along.

Yeah, I think that's the worst part of it. It's like the author doesn't believe he's good enough unless he's got a super special trait that trumps everything else he's accomplished. No, it wasn't his own effort; he was just born lucky.

Saw the same in some betrayal isekai, where the MC was hardworking, extremely competent, and added a lot of value to the party with his own effort, but the author had to add a special snowflake skill that automatically made everyone better and pretty much removed any importance of his hard work.

Ok, I’m dropping this…
It’s now clear that the mangaka have no idea what to do with the plot of his/her own story.
And that’s sad.

Well... This feels like accepting all the big side quests in Skyrim, and then fall in to confusion as to which one to be done first...

How did visiting his village to investigate his spirit powers turn into all this bullshit it just feels like they starting up too many things before finishing other stuff they've already explored

They received the ability to easily make teleportation circles/portals, using special stones and Rentt's blood. Neat, but it didn't tie in at all to Rentt's origin with the dragon and his revival as a skeleton. I suppose this was just a set up for something later.

Page 7 has a blank bubble for Lorraine. Based on the raws, it seems the dialog for bubble 3 in panel 2 got (unintentionally?) combined with the dialog for bubble 2 in panel 1. It should be:
Panel1Bubble2: (No Granny,)
Panel2Bubble3: (This is the "light house.")
Panel3Bubble4: (Ah... Right...) <- this was definitely granny's dialog, it doesn't make sense for Kapitan to reply "Ah... Right..." to himself.
So the combined dialog in bubble 2 caused everything else to shift until Lorraine had an empty speech bubble. There's no missing text, it's just shifted out of place because one speech bubble contained dialog that was supposed to be split into two bubbles.

I left the chapters to accumulate for sometime after chapter 50, now having read chapter 51-56 i don't even know was the point. I don't even have a clue what those two(old lady and watch guy) were doing or going to do at the end.

I have the LN volumes for these plotlines, will they explain it properly in the books? Coz i sure as heck don't get the deal from the comments or the manga itself.
