Translation wise, I don't see a huge quality difference between the groups tbh probably due to the fact that there isn't too much lengthy dialogue in this manhwa to begin with

The main flaw of this story is the Cayena's "growth" as a schemer. She had two live times where she was a mere puppet but then she became this super schemer in the third? If only her growth was like Aria from The Villainess Reverses the Hourglass, with how the romance plot flows better here that in that story, this one would be perfect.

Oh, and the motif behind the "true villain" is... ridiculous.

Seriously, the Emperor didn't acknowledge Cayena and Rezef as his, I assume he didn't love the Empress. But he is being cruel to Rezef for revenge because the Empress cheated on him with the previous Duke Kedrey which end up with her having Rezef. Then he uses Cayena, who is his actual blood, to torture Rezef and also let her be manipulated by him?

Like what the hell? When you make a diagram about the blood connection of the characters it gets ridiculously stupid.

I usually read Parody scans' translation. but I have to admit illiterate bitches' ones are better. Not only the flow of the sentences but the meanings are clearer and seemingly more accurate in places.

Can someone explain to me why or how do things like this happen? 3 groups releasing chapter of the same manhwa/manga/webtoon/whatever almost at the same time...
Is it really just bad luck or do they time it for some reason? I'm glad that I can choose the best translation, but it is too inefficient.

Would be nice if there was a place where translators could say, "I'll start translating x manga" and that other translators had enough morals to say, "Sure, go ahead. We won't translate it then and if you need some help, just ask." But yeah, that probably won't happen.

in chapter13 rezef had interaction with duke and thought the way he looked at her sister is disgusting, eventhough it could be useful he still hated it and why ML looked at them like that was bc he thought why she didn't refuse rezef's escort when she rejected his?! Or many thought in Rezef's part are all cut

but I guess art is so good that I can close my eyes to these. Like whenever I read novel I really wonder how beautiful she can be And I know now ^-^

@andreariona this is confusing, but, cayena had three lives. her first life is the one where she was manipulated by rezef like a marionette, and then her second life was where she read what happens in the book, and her third and current life is when she gets back here in the story
