Hoo, boy, I'm going to get a lot of mileage out of copying and pasting this through the entire series, aren't I?
I think it's ... a common trope I dislike in these - it's a story where a 'princess' does little and gets swept off her feet by someone else solving the problem in the name of love. Sound familiar? Since that's probably one of the most common clichés around, so if you want to do that story, you have to do it very well ... . The fact that the label 'villainess' is slapped over the 'princess' part didn't change how any of the characters acted.
That being said, this one at least handles the characters in a more realistic way - there's no overly convoluted 'plot' compared to 1-3, and there's enough time to show off the characters, so it's a more straightforward love story as a result. It's executed reasonably well, so while this isn't stand-out, it's still acceptable.
For my reference, the best to worst so far:
1-2, 1-4, 1-5, 1-3, 1-1
