Awww that was cute af
No I get what they're saying, it's a dumbass trope where they met at a younger age but NEVER remember each other (it's usually the MCs that somehow doesn't connect the dots)They didn't really meet though he ran over gave her candy then ran away
There's a manga which name I can't remember off the top of my head, where there's 3 heroines that the MC had met individually when they were kids.....the 3 girls literally had the same exact face and hairstyle from back then, yet the MC had no clue when he encountered them again in high school, literally the only thing that changed about those girls was from the neck downIt is not that bad for this one, because Takahashi immediately pointed out he was the kid. A small subversion.
Usually the dumbfuck that is the MC would be like HUH? WHU? and then we go over 200 chapters before the MC realises he was the kid if we are fortunate.
Gonna need insulin for the diabeetus this sweetness is giving meThe chibii-ness is killing me it's too cute
True but at the same time the "you have already met each other when you were little" trope is stale right now...so overused...At least this isn't the usual trope where one pursued the other based on a single encounter ten years earlier. Whew.
Yeah, but Airi and Yuria turned plains into mountains. You wouldn't recognize geography if it changed that much. There's a manga which name I can't remember off the top of my head, where there's 3 heroines that the MC had met individually when they were kids.....the 3 girls literally had the same exact face and hairstyle from back then, yet the MC had no clue when he encountered them again in high school, literally the only thing that changed about those girls was from the neck down
I don't want to pile on, and you're right, it can be done badly. UQ Holder has time travel involved and multiple lives. then there is the reincarnation Manhua with a fox spirit.... so much, much worse. No I get what they're saying, it's a dumbass trope where they met at a younger age but NEVER remember each other (it's usually the MCs that somehow doesn't connect the dots)
I've seen this way more often than I can count
I didnt expect it to show them talkin about it cuz otherwise you could just ignore it. Its a .5 anyway so you can still ignore it. Not like its gonna have plot implications. That would be lame.Ah, I really hate when mangaka do this. Why couldn't they have just met in high school? I'm probably being overdramatic but this just feels unnecessary.
