I like how the vibes kinda flipped too, Seno has his own thing now and we're starting to see Nekozane pov. Maybe we'll get to see more of her trying to get close to him just like how Seno tried to get close to her to be her friend but this time she wanna get close because she's subconsciously in love

I too also forgot about the signifigance of the infirmary meeting so I went back and reread those parts.

In chapter 6.5, or the volume 1 special they both first meet at the infirmary and Nekozane gives Seno a candy because he's feeling down after falling sick right after the opening ceremony, so he didn't get to introduce himself to the class. He also says to himself that he will thank the girl who gave him the candy at some point

Also its brought up in chapter 25 where Seno asks Nekozane in the infirmary if they've met like that (in the infirmary) before. And she kinda cuts him off.
