Man I have a hard time believing this eries will turn dark at this point, but all the constant foreshadowing is really making me anxious.

All of these lines are giving me anxiety.

So how did Nasa end up in the hospital? What happened during the two years? Pages 15-16 feels like it's missing important context and I don't know if it's explained in further chapters.

What did Nasa inferred from why/how he got to the hospital and those 2 years? i don't get this.

It was explained at the very start of the manga? The two years thing was, anyway. The whole 'getting to the hospital' part is less clear, but he was in the hospital for four months, like was previously explained. But, in all likelihood, he was just found or taken to where an ambulance would get him, since the truck driver was already calling for assistance, anyway.

The 'Please take care of that person.' line is referring to Tsukasa, by the way. And yeah, it is a weird thing about the Japanese language, from what I understand. It could have easily been translated as 'her' instead of 'that person', but the translator just decided to be literal with it.
