I actually googled it myself some time ago and there are tutorials, tips - usual stuff. This may seem dumb but when you have a few tons of coal to shovel into your basement it's a serious business (especially when you are not a big and strong man). Proper posture, holding the shovel the right way and doing correct movements definitely helps and makes work easier and less tiresome. If you are not careful you can seriously hurt your back, too.
