This is a scanlators joke, started by the "Norway scans" group. Whenever there was a sum of money mentioned in the manga, they've added translator's note saying how much that sum was in Norwegian Krone (and the joke is that for most of people this doesn't give any idea about how much this sum is - unlike the sum in Japan yens, which is pretty easy to translate into sum understandable by most of people: 100 yen = 1 USD).
Another joke was translating a "No way!" exclamation as "Norway!".
Other scanlator groups have picked this joke up, that's all.

Honestly, I found her pretty tiring in the anime, too, but if the anime followed this closely enough, I think this trip was the last time she really tries anything.

To be honest, all of her schemes are kinda dumb and I think ultimately only bring them closer to each other in one way or another.

And, as someone else pointed out, she's starting to like Nasa, too, because it's hard not to get along with the guy if you spend enough time with him, as just about everyone seems to demonstrate.
