The keyword is "ecchi", which means "lewd", pronounced with a stress on the "ecch" so it sounds more like "H", because that's exactly what it is- the H from Hentai, used in Japan mostly to denote someone's behavior as being sexy/dirty/naughty/whatever synonym you prefer. In most of the English-speaking world, we've come to use it to mean something with light sexual overtones (similar to the usage as a descriptor of someone's behaviour in Japanese) as opposed to something with overly blatant sexual content, which is, as we all know, called hentai.
