There is a translation mistake in this chapter
The story that doctor ask Akyuu is story about Duke Yin of Lu 隠公 (魯). His Predecessor is Duke Hui, but Duke Hui of Lu 恵公 (魯), not Duke Hui of Jin 恵公 (晋). The story Akyuu telling was correctly translated, but wrong in the Duke's name
