It's an acceptable manga. Not really isekai, just classic time travel stuff.

The tone of it so far is surprisingly light for the terrible stuff that's currently happening.

Late to the party but....

I don't think her shins were actually crushed. clamping would hurt like a bitch without doing any real damage and the adrenaline would let her ignore that for a while. Once she comes down though it would hurt like a bitch.

Only shitty managers push their talent to do something they are not comfortable with. It hurts the long term profitability, burning through the mental health of the asset. Work within their boundaries and aid them in seeking help if their "unstable".
