I mean, I’ll be completely honest I probably would’ve just passed over this if I didn’t see the TS thingI like how there's basically no reason for this to be TS or even isekai but it was thrown in there just because that's what popular
There's 137 chapters and 2 SS in the WN though?I mean, I’ll be completely honest I probably would’ve just passed over this if I didn’t see the TS thing
That said, looking at the actual inspiration, it’s a one-volume book - so I don’t expect it to go too long
What was wrong with it?Well I'll give it a chance, but the genderbent element is unnecessary and worrying.
I hope it doesn't make the same mistakes 'Daybreak on Hyperion' did (it had similar premise to this, isekai'd as girl and forced to fight in a fantasy WW2 war). I found genderbending in that series distasteful and ended up dropping it as a result. It was a shame, cause it did cover the horrors of war aspect well.
I heard it from 1 wiseman (Pervysagechu or something) long ago: " It took a man to be the best girl " or something. Also, why is this gender bend/TS, I guess the author just wanted to include it (+ make a cute character). lol
Could've been a regular "I was Isekai'd to war" manga, no need for the TS.
that Armband is like a Death Sentence btw... Enemies tend to pick those first to kill along with the officers. All of that, just for a new armband.
It practically is a death sentence, though I doubt he'll die easily, even if enemies tend to pick on him first.that Armband is like a Death Sentence btw... Enemies tend to pick those first to kill along with the officers.
Then armored vehicles came and made it -500+ meters with only a river/bridge stopping it because of it being a really nice choke point... then came artillery and air support...the TS is certainly just there because it's author fetish, but it's alright
Also 58 meter for 800 soldiers? Damn good deal compared to ww1.
