Honestly like the add-in meta-call that "it really is profane to be a guy coming between lesbians".
Though given the name nomenclature and the insane levels of meta-awareness, I guess that's par for the course, really.

Yuu-kun being a "pretty boy", and the fact that I sorta suspect this will be a big deconstruction & subversion of the NTR trope, has me wondering if Reika isn't going to end up being cucked in a titanic game of Universe-ordained Reverse Uno.
At least, something seems like it has to subvert the expected plot, because if the series really is just Reika meticulously putting together the Ultimate NTR Plot over the course of a decade's worth of work factoring in time, place, a whole cast of unwitting participants, and more - just seems like it'd feel...anticlimactic.
Unless she really does end up dying and reincarnating again, to do it all over (whether she succeeds or not), but at that point it's just an anthology of different NTR scenarios played out in self-aware fashion, which doesn't strike me as particularly compelling, without any "twist" on the formula.

I do look forward to finding out, though.

The part that is (I guess "IRL") problematic with calling the MC trans, is that for the MC, the desire to be a woman instead of a man in that first life was to fulfill a fetish.
It's not "I'm in the wrong body!"; it's "if I were a chick, my NTR experience would be that much richer!" and those aren't the same thing.

Conflating that sentiment with "being trans", which is much more about seeking "the correct outer representation of a true inner identity", feels not only incorrect from a medical/definitional standpoint, but seems actively harmful to IRL transfolk - especially given the attacks made on the trans community of late, trying to paint them as sexual deviants or predators.

I think there's enough room here to hit a few different ways of subverting expectations that people have theorycrafted as Reiko comes to actually like the people she's assembling into her clique.

In general we're kinda just vibes here. Like in a strictly literal sense, her gender is different from what she started with. Yeah she's an evil manipulative bitch, but also her gender's been trans'd. She did the pronoun thing it's official.

Fetish wise, that doesn't mean a terrible much. For example, the creator of Bodysuit 23 held on to her story being a fetish for 10 years and that there was no trans feelings involved before realizing "wait no, I'm just trans time to trans the hell out of this".
